The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a lovely sea view and helpful staff, but falls short on room amenities and dining experience. Although the location is near attractions, some aspects need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The location was perfect, close to the Old Village and the beach. However, the rooms were small and uncomfortable, filled with cigarette smoke and noise issues. The service was friendly but lacked investment in the property.
The hotel room was not cleaned properly, and the bedding was not changed; it was dingy and not very clean, with stained walls, ceiling, and carpet. Additionally, I had very noisy neighbors, which prevented me from enjoying the balcony. Despite these issues, the hotel was conveniently located near Shanklin Chine, the cliff path, and the old village, with friendly reception staff.
